Hi, I'm Bronte (HGI. Dip.P MSc CIPD Level 7)

I'm a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist and ICF accredited Life Coach, who bridges the gap between deep professional expertise and real-world understanding. Holding a Master's degree alongside three accredited diplomas in human behaviour, my work is grounded not just in clinical qualifications, but in the lived experience of healing trauma and building a life of true peace on the other side.

My approach centres around one core ethos: therapy should get you real results. Rather than just talking about problems, we focus on understanding what's driving them and giving you real tools to change things. Think of it less like lying on a couch for years, and more like a focused, supportive process to help you feel better, think clearly, and take solid steps toward a better chapter of your life. I'm here to support you.

Bronte is the most amazing person and you will never regret seeing her. She’s kind, compassionate, caring and really one of a kind. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she always treated me with so much kindness. I was in a bad place when I first stumbled across her page on instagram but bit by bit, session after session, she had built me slowly back up and can honestly saying am feeling so much stronger and confident and looking forward to the future. Thank you Bronte.

Bronte is a wonderful therapist, she has a really relaxing energy that just put me at ease straight away. She's a great listener and really puts a focus on actionable changes you can make to reduce anxiety. After just a few sessions I felt better able to cope in previously anxiety-inducing situations and I think I'll take my learnings with me for many years to come. I really think that a few sessions with Bronte could be more valuable than a year or more in a different style of therapy. This approach is so action-orientated that you can really make huge progress in a short space of time. I have already recommended Bronte to a few friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to get a better handle on their anxiety.

My therapist Bronte has been so understanding and empathetic from the start and has a really calming persona that allows you to feel at ease when sharing with her. Her advice and help has really contributed to improving my mental health, offering and training me helpful tools that I can use to continue on a positive path and feel more in control on certain thoughts and feelings. Personally I would highly recommend heard & Bronte for anyone who's in need a little support dealing with any issues they might be facing.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Bronte so far. She is a warm, compassionate person who creates a safe space for her clients. I have felt able to be open and vulnerable about difficult times and even in a short space of time, Bronte has helped me to understand my anxiety more clearly. Our sessions are very varied - from talking about life's day-to-day stressors, to unpacking more complex historic anxiety. Bronte is happy to be adaptable and accommodating to discussing relevant tools for what I need at that time. I'm grateful to her for being thoughtful, empathetic, but also pragmatic and solution-focused.

Bronte has been absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to anyone that is or has ever been in doubt about going to see a therapist. I have always been doubtful about therapy but I have struggled to overcome some phobias that have plagued my life for a number of years. And I didn't manage to sort these out on my own. With Bronte's help I am slowly getting better. She has been very open, attentive and responsive. I have felt at ease and understood. And slowly this has helped me get my confidence back.
