Iβm Bronte, a qualified Human Givens Therapist and a trained Life Coach. Clients come to see me when they want fast, effective results with anxiety, panic attacks, trauma (PTSD), anger, grief phobias, or career-related stress.
I set up Therapy With Bronte to help individuals quickly and confidently overcome their present challenges, gain clarity on what to change and how, and support them in taking the first steps to rebuild and transform their life moving forward.
My aim is to provide my clients with support and give them the space and tools to move towards a successful next life chapter. I use a combination of psycho-education and highly effective therapeutic techniques, to help individuals identify their unmet needs, discover their resources and learn invaluable coping mechanisms.

I work as a generalist, supporting clients across a broad range of areas including anxiety, trauma, phobias, grief, work-related stress, and neurodiversity such as autism and ADHD. While my practice spans multiple specialisms, much of my work centres around anxiety in its various forms.
In my experience, these areas are rarely isolated. Many clients find that their challenges overlap and influence one another, which is why I take a generalist approach, looking at the bigger picture rather than treating issues in isolation. This allows us to work more effectively, addressing root causes and creating meaningful, lasting change across multiple areas of life.
